#MyWeeklyGems 9 - Passion - Now and Tomorrow - Mind

Posted Oct 29, 2016 by Mathieu Chiasson

Hope you all had a great week! Here's a few things that grabbed my attention this week. Enjoy.

Quote I enjoyed

"Happiness is not an accident. Nor is it something you wish for. Happiness is something you design." - Jim Rohn

Tweet of the week

Love this piece of advice from Neil Strauss on the path to finding your passion. I’ve heard it from him many years ago and I’ve kept the concept in my mind since. But before you keep reading watch the short 90 seconds video on Twitter or Facebook.

Watched it? Ok, so here’s my two cents to expand on his idea. It’ll be hard to find what you love and enjoy if you stand still. You can only see so much by looking around without moving. By moving around you get to experience things and once you experience things is when you’ll know what will fulfill you. So look around, pick a direction (something you think you may enjoy) and start moving.

Blog post I found interesting

Now is never (but here comes tomorrow)

I don’t follow or read Seth Godin’s blog or activity regularly but once in a while I just stumble on something he’s posted and it just makes sense with me.

"If you view any particular day without context, it is almost certain to be a failure."

Read the whole 5 sentences blog post here. (You already read one sentence up there, might as well read the other 4 now.) Plus the fourth sentence goes hand in hand with Neil’s video.

Purchase I love

Yogi Bedtime Soothing Caramel Tea

Love this tea, nice smooth taste. I like to drink it an hour or so before bed and I sleep like an hibernating bear… get it? Yogi tea, bear? Yogi Bear?
