Destroying apprehensionPosted Apr 2, 2017 by Mathieu Chiasson
After a discussion with Emilie, my life partner, this morning we concluded that many people live in fear of apprehension. But most of the time this fear is caused by their own doing.
Mostly because of dishonesty. With ourselves and others.
Anyone who's afraid that someone else tell the truth must take a long break to look at themselves in the mirror. If you failed to tell the truth or did something you shouldn't have. It's your fault.
Moving forward, be honest with yourself (this is harder than it sounds) and others (this also is hard). It's the only way to live without carrying a heavy weigh with you day after day.
Be true. Become worry free.
