BIRDS - Exhibit at Moncton Capitol Theatre
OISEAUX - Exposition au Théâtre Capitol de Moncton
It is with great honor that I received the big news this Summer that my project BIRDS will be exhibited at the Moncton Capitol in September 2022. It really was an unexpected news, I never imagine that my project would be retained.
BIRDS is an exploration on the meaning of freedom through a mixture of colours, shapes and thoughts.
It is still a long way but preparation is starting on my side. Finding the right printing process, sizes, mats and frames isn't all that easy. Maybe it can be but for me it is a long trial and error process. I am currently experimenting with a large array of paper on my new printer. I was always going to get a high-end photo printer but getting the news of this exhibit solidified my resolve to get a printer sooner than later.
I will be keeping you updated on the process as I progress towards finding the right formats for the exhibit.
C'est avec grand honneur que j'ai reçu la grande nouvelle cet été que mon projet OISEAUX sera exposé au Théâtre Capitol de Moncton en septembre 2022. C'était vraiment une nouvelle inattendue, je n'aurais jamais imaginé que mon projet serait retenu.
OISEAUX est une exploration sur le sens de la liberté à travers un mélange de couleurs, de formes et de pensées.
Le chemin est encore long mais la préparation commence de mon côté. Trouver le bon procédé d'impression, les bons formats, les bons passe-partout et les bons cadres n'est pas si facile. Peut-être que ça peut l'être, mais pour moi, c'est un long processus d'essais et d'erreurs. J'expérimente actuellement un large éventail de papiers sur ma nouvelle imprimante. J'ai toujours eu l'intention d'acheter une imprimante photo haut de gamme, mais la nouvelle de cette exposition a renforcé ma détermination à m'en procurer une plus tôt que prévu.
Je vous tiendrai au courant du processus au fur et à mesure que je trouverai les bons formats pour l'exposition.
